In order to have a timely first visit follow these steps:

Call us with the reason for your visit ( i.e new eyeglasses or contact lens) and we’ll be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have and also schedule your appointment.

Fill Out New
Patient Forms.
You will be given access to an electronic patient portal so you can complete the new patient forms prior to your visit, speeding up your appointment time.

See You There!
We will confirm your appointment days prior and wait for your arrival. Please do not hesitate to call with any questions before your appointment.

Here at Eyes on Las Vegas, we are proud to accept many different forms of payment so that you are able to get the care you deserve.
We are always happy to go over the costs that will be associated with your visit. We will give you a breakdown to help you make the right decision for the health of your eyes. Then we can discuss payment options.
We accept many insurance plans, including Vision Service Plan (VSP), Davis Vision, EyeMed, Spectera, Superior Vision, and Avesis.
We also accept cash and most credit cards as forms of payment. Once we figured out what your insurance will and will not pay, we will work with you so you get the care you deserve.
We also offer healthcare financing available with CareCredit. Please contact us for more details.
